    Take me dancing naked in the rain
    My fiancee is arranging a weekend away at some sort of hippy retreat with her 'unusual' friend. She's trying to twist my arm to go, but the idea of getting in touch with my inner animal and doing yoga in the woods freaks me out.

    Her friend has been many times before and apparently the meditation can be quite intense. She claims that she actually felt herself turning into a bear and then could see through that animal's eyes as you went on a journey through the forest - apparently we've all got an inner animals locked away somewhere.

    Well, I'm toying with the idea as it would be an experience. If they get stripped off and dance around the woods naked in the rain I'm up for it, but I'd rather pretend I was an animal in my own private time rather than humiliating myself with monkey impressions in front of others.

    Tough one, I'll post up my findings if I do go.

    My mate down the road sells meditation for £25 a bag
