I've had an Agility 3 just drop dead on me - one day for no reason the drive could no longer be 'seen' by the BIOS - completely inaccessible, everything gone. Fortunately I do back up my data but it was enough for me to switch my RAID 0 array in my main PC from OCZ to Samsung. This was on the latest and greatest firmware. I will not be buying OCZ for work or home - to me reliability is very important and my own experience and that of others has persuaded me to stay away from sandforce SSDs of that generation and to be extremely wary of any new OCZ product.
To be fair, my Intel Gen 2 had firmware issues originally but these were resolved and since then it and my two kingston SSDs (rebadged intels) haven't caused a single issue since. The one OCZ drive I have left is a constant source of worry frankly.
