Do I have a faulty Crucial M4 SSD?

Over the past few weeks Ive been getting issues with my m4 64gb boot drive. Its as if the drive doesn't turn on, turn the pc on, and it stays at bios, go into bios and no M4 drive there. turn it off and back on and it finds the drive and starts to boot and goes into windows. same issue too from returning from sleep. come out of sleep and there is no hard drive activity, turns itself off and on then boots up. Also when booting up, 1 out of 3 succesful boots windows starts to load and then just stops i.e stops pulsing , look at the hard drive activity light and its off, 5 to 10 seconds later light starts flashing and windows finishes loading. SSd does have the latest bios installed, 000f

    Indeed sounds faulty. Worth googling.
Might be worth googling for the symptoms.
    Society's to blame,
    Or possibly Atari.

Can you test it on another machine? It could be the drive or could be the SATA controller / mobo.
