Can I update my firmware while I am in RAID-0 mode in Windows? Also, can I or should I enable trim for these raid drives?
PS. I have 2x 120GB Kingston V+200 SSDs installed.

No one? Really?
You need to take the drives and connect them as stand-alone and update them before putting them back in raid.
make sure you backup first!

I don't think TRIM is supported on RAIDed drives.
Um maybe not re connect them as stand alone. If the OP does the firmware upgrade in dos, pre boot, then he should be able to update without any monkeying around. If however this is not an option and it has to be done in Windows then I fear you maybe right. Eitherway, as you say, back up/image the partition first.
*Edit* actually thinking about this when I do mine (Crucial M4's & MSI board) I kind of do it in Windows. I.e I run the tool from windows but it then creates a bootable dos image on a usb stick reboots and automatically boots from that and starts the flashing process. I have to do this twice to ensure that both drives are upgraded. Don't know how the Kingston tool handles firmware upgrades though.
Thanks guys. O my God that Internet speed is like hell. You can actually download God with that speed.
