I'm getting SMART notification of imminent failure on drive p5 for Raw Read Error Rate plus a warning on p4 & 5 G-Sense Error Rate. Now replacing the drive isn't an issue however am I being sensible and assuming that the elevated Raw Read Error Rates would be caused by the G-Sense Error Rate? Also that the G-Sense Error Rate means the drives are exposed to excessive vibration?

The chassis they're in doesn't seem that sturdy around the drive bay, just two long lengths of pressed aluminium with slots in for the drive rails to slide on. Might it be an idea to put drives or a 3.5" bay to 2.5" drive convertor to help brace the chassis?
