Upgraded to the new Dell XPS this week, only downside (well upside if you ignore price) is the swap from mSata to m.2 nvme drives. I now have a 1tb evo mSata and would like to know how much it is worth?
It was bought in May 2014 so it is still under the Samsung 3 year warranty & showing good health.
I have 2 options, Sell it to offset the 950 pro nvme I just installed or make use of it with the adapter I already have in my Main PC or Microserver.

tough one. New ones, if you wait for the sales cycles every couple of months they drop to £180. 2nd hand 1.5 years usage - prob about £140 max which would be the price of a new 500GB version.
How much use has it had?
and how is the new XPS? Did you go for the 13 or 15? be interesting to have a user review. Seriously thinking about buying one of these two.
Given the number of SSDs that went for around the £150-170 mark in the Black Friday sales I doubt you'd make any more than that.

15". smaller, faster, screen is to die for in photoshop. Also compared to the 9530 15" screen the viewing angles are better. screen refresh is a bit worse but I have not gamed on it yet, only just got win10 pro installed.Originally Posted by ik9000

Oh nevermind, I did the same with a 17" lappy a few years back.
What I'd like to know is if you configure optimus to never run the GPU except when the mains is connected, how long does it last browsing and running office etc via wifi on the battery alone. And does it fit on an airplane seat tray table?
