    You sure you dont want an iPad, I can sort you out a cheap one seeing as no fecker else wants it

    Personally I'd wait, but as I already have one hows about I get a new one when they come out and u have my old one

    Definately don't want an ipad, I don't care how cheap they become. Have a small potential conflict with Apple relating to IP so really don't want to be using their systems if I can help it

    Really want to know how it deals with office type work as that would be the icing on the cake and would actually pursuade me into buying one. If it can't handle that sort of funtionality then I really would have no need.

    The other thing I'm waiting for is BSGO to be made available on the Android version of the Unity player as that would allow me to play while on the move. This might require the additional power offered by the quad core so not certain that it will happen too soon.

    this is an acer a500 and is at 1280x720 on the tv using a micro hdmi cable.

    its touch daw free but to use it you have to pay for it and its for transport/mixer controls, the other rd3 hd and its a basic drum machine that sounds total **** like a 909 with a kick drum made of a4 paper.

    lol, fair enough. I've been messing with FourTracks Lite recently, but I'm still on the look out for some decent android music production software: my ideal would be something that allowed me to sequence some midi tracks then add several audio tracks over it. I might just have to settle for doing the more complex stuff on my PC though...

    Anyone had/heard of Newton rings on Samsung galaxy 10.1 I was going to get one but I hear this is a real problem.
