    How to backup an N2100?

I have a N2100 on my network that hold some users "my Docs" file etc. All the userfiles are backup onto a tape each night but I can not work out how to backup the N2100 onto tape. Is there any way?

    Dear Sir,

Some tape need the backup utility from tape manufactory, thus we could mount a netwrok disk on the taoe PC, and backup the N2100 file as like on PC itself.

I really don't understand what all that means.

    do you mean

Connect each persons directory as a network disk and back it up?

Don't forget the N2100 can't be connected as one network drive.

    Dear Sir,

Even we can't map whole NAS/PC as a netwrok driver on Windows, but we could map each N2100 folder as a driver letter on your PC for tape utility backup.
Also we could backup N2100 data to PC via 3rd party utility, and than backup to tape.
