SSH in N4100+

Firstly I'd like to thank you all for all the information posted, I'm new to all this and I haven't had any issues yet but this question.

I just installed the ssh module from on my N4100+
I have read somewhere that ssh is pretty much the best, if not the only way to copy/move information from folder to folder without passing through my system. Now I have no idea on how to access my file server via ssh, I downloaded the bitvise tunnelier client but keep saying either "server disconnected without sending a disconnect message" using port 80 or "connection failed. connect () failed: windows error 10061: no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it" using the default port 22 which I don't k now how to enable it on the thecus box.
