    Hi
If you look around in this forum you will see it is not as most people imagined!

I thought when I bought this box u could hook it up to a usb hard disk and away we go but no it isnt that ease unless u r a unix geek!

I am running in a apple mac environment and use synchronize x plus but if you are pc based there will be an equivalent package.

I connect the usb drive to my mac and set it to back up overnight when the office is empty.

If you want a more detailed explanation I can outline it for you.
