N4100 with Truecrypt 5.1a --> Troubles with Formating

Hello evreyone.

Have some Problem with TC5.1a on my System. I use a Thecus N4100 with 1.3TB of Space and RAID 5. Want to creat a TC container on it with 1.3TB. . If i want to formate the volume with NTFS (Twofisch Encryption) after few moments of formating the following error is indicated:

"Die Sperre des Segments ist bereits aufgehoben"

"Failed to create volume"

I'am running TC 5.1a on Win XP with SP 2, connected to the NAS over GBIT.
The Filesystem on the N4100 is NTFS all Harddrives works well and the Raid 5 is ok. It looks as if the network connection fails.

Anyone a idea? Its always the same Problem.
