Vista SP1 failing to load user profiles from 1U4500

Vista SP1 doesn't like Samba, it seems. We've installed SP1 on a couple of our workstations and they now fail to load user profiles from the shares on our 1U4500.

This is apparently fixed in Samba v3.0.28a (us1.samba.org/samba/history/samba-3.0.28a.html) released on the 8th of March. No word from MS about the issue.

When can we expect the next firmware update for the 1U4500, and will it contain this fix?
