5200 and Vista new folder issue
Hi,
I have a 5200 running the latest firmware. I have an issue where on laptop running Vista business, can see all the shares but when you try to create a new folder, the folder is created ok, but when you change the name from "New Folder" to anything else as soon as you hit return an error message comes up saying the folder is not available or the drive might be full. All my other machines Vista and XP based can create folders ok. Thecus support did tell me the latest firm ware would cure this but to no avail. I do have another vista laptop that works perfectly though!! Any ideas? Thanks in advance |

Dear Sir,
If only 1 of Visat NB get this issue but others NB/PC working fine, seem we need checking this VISTA NB first, and would you please specify some information from the Thecus support, as like ticket number or else?
