    Users and Groups screens unavailable in N5200

    I recently reset my N5200 firmware V2.00.04 to factory defaults to try fixing another problem (still unresolved). Now I cannot even access the Accounts>Users and Accounts>Groups screens in the webui. Selecting either from the drop-down box takes me to a blank error message (see below). Clicking OK at the error screen brings me to the RAID information page in both cases. The problem is the same in Internet Explorer and Firefox.

    Dear Sir,

    Following suggestion for your reference:
    1. Reset N5200 to default setting.
    2. Sumit a ticket from Thecus Technology Corp. - Thecus eSupport Center and provide the CONF.BIN for us analyasis possible reason.
    SYSTEM->CONFIG MGMT->DOWNLOAD

    Done. After resetting to factory defaults a second time as you suggested the problem is still there.

    When can I expect a response on this? I have not been able to access over a terabyte of my data for 10 days because I cannot create any user accounts.
