N3200 E-mail issues
Hi All:
i just got a N3200 tonight. So far everything works great, but when I set up my e-mail on the Notify tab nothing happens, even though it claims a message was sent. I uses these settings for everything else and they seem to work fine. Are there any tricks I need to know? I use login to connect to my smtp server. I use a company called Runbox as my mail hosting provider. Thank you for your help in advance! Tom Scholle |

Dear Sir,
We accessed to you N3200 and it is working with our mail configuration, andthe SMTP Account ID & Password is user'mail account & password as like the configuration on outlook, if the sender:nas@abc.com password:123456, thus we need keyin: SMTP Account ID: nas@abc.com or nas Account Password: 123456 Yvon.

Hi I have checked all of my smtp settings and they are fine. I have seen a few other posts on this board that show people having issues with other units. IS there any way I can get logging turned on so I can see what is happening.

N3200 support varius authorization type for most of mail server need, if still unable to make email notofication working, please sumit a ticket from http://esupport.thecus.com/support/index.php and provide the N3200 IP address for us to access and verify possible issue. Yvon.
