1u4500 WAN N/A
Hi,
I've set up a couple of 1U4500s previously, but I've just started working on configuring one that I can't get working. The LCD screen mentions that the WAN is N/A. It is pingable by the 192.168.1.100 address, but is not recognized in the Windows Thecus Setup Wizard. When trying to reference web interface by IP, it does not respond. I saw somewhere about upgrading the firmware from usb, but can't find specifics on how to do this. Please advise. Thanks, -Ramesh |

Dear Sir,
Following suggestion for your reference: 1. If we could access to Web page please provide the CONF.BIN for us analysis possible reason. 2. If we couldn't access to Web page, please try to reset 1U4500 from front panel. 3. If reset process doesn't working, please sumbit a ticket to http://esupport.thecus.com/support/ , and we would provide some tool for this issue. Yvon. |
