N5200BR-Pro won't shutdown
My N5200-Pro won't shutdown anymore. After succesfully powering down it automatically starts powering up
![]() Firmware: 2.00.0.8 WOL: on Installed module: INFO Firmware 2.00.0.4 shutdown went OK. Anybody else encountered is problem? |

Dear Yvon,
Thanks for replying. First of all i wanted to test if the unit still wouldn't power down. So, Via the web Shutdown procedure i powered the unit down......forever ![]() It's completely dead.... Tried everything to power it up again (no disks, replace battery (CR1220) with a new one), but to no afail. Unit is dead. ????? RMA looks like the solution. Looks like de powerunit has broken down. Dear Sir,
If with HDDs and system can't booting up any more, seem we need a RMA service to verify possible hardware dmaged, thus please contact with your Thecus reseller for RMA service directly. |
