    Exclamation n299 SMB/CIFS PROBLEMS HELP ME THECUS!!!!

    my n299 had a bit of a fit and i couldn't access it via networked drive i went through all the settings and saw that smb/cifs was off.... so i try and enable it and when i click apply a blank page loads and when i go back to it it still says disabled... ARGH i can access my documents... plz help me thecus i have also tried downgrading the firmware and upgrading it to the beta stuff and it still doesn't work

    Please try update to V1.00.30beta2 and than reset factory default to fix this issue:

    My thecus is having more problems...

    i can view the home page via the internet browser
    i cant log in. and it says i need to set up raid
    i cant see it on the thecus set up wizard
    and i cant connect to it via networked drives...


    looks like thecus has FAILED again...

    remind me next time not to buy this ****ty brand with so many problems and poor customer support

    Dear Sir,

    If we can't log in and system says we need to set up raid, please provide a snapshot for us analysis.
    If we can't discover N299 via Thecus Setup Wizard, please confirm it is via WAN port linking to PC.
    Thecus Hexu forume for user to sharing experience and Thecus won't remove or edit user's post, if need the Thecus offical technical support please sumit a ticket from http://esupport.thecus.com/support/ and Thecus staffs would reply to you directly.
