    N3200 freeze during file copying

    Hello Community,

since 1 month im using a new Thecus N3200...
But sometimes i'm not sure if an 5200 had been the better choise

Regulary the N3200 will freeze, mostly if i copy big files (more than 1GB file size) over network.
after round about 10minutes of copying, the n3200 will freeze and beep after 1 minutes. My only chance is to remove power, restart and wait 8hours to comply again (and again) the rebuild.

    Is that a known Problem?
    Has someone any tipps?

    Thanks for helping.

P.S. No helpful Infos in the Logs, the HDD's are working fine.
Testet now with 3 different PC's, with different, networkcables...

i also testet now coying over the USB-Function-> same issue

You aren't alone in this case, a french review of the N3200 have already noticed this problem and reported it to Thecus.
You can tell it to the thecus support too.

    Dear Sir,

If we confirm the HDDs is healthe from the HDD manufacturer tool but system without response constantly, perhaps this N3200 with some hardware damged, thus we could recommend contact with your Thecus reseller for RMA or Replacement service direcetly.
