Need help to setup Samba with Windows 2003 AD

    Hi

I'm new to Samba and need help to setup Samba to work in Windows 2k3 R2 AD environment.
I have recently bought Thecus 5200 NAS storage device which is based on Samba and I tried to achieved typical setting I could achieve on Windows box. The most important for me is to setup share on Samba box where I can store all user's personal data, namely: My Documents, Applications, Desktop and Start Menu folders. I have setup GP on Win2k3 with basic redirection of those folders to the share on Samba and from that point I'm stuck. Don't know what to do. Need some help what changes I need to do in smb.conf file or so to achieve the same effects like redirecting folders on Windows box (eg access permission for the owners only). If anyone knows any link to howto or give some direction what I need to do i would be really grateful

    Regards

    Dear Sir,

Following link about join AD domain for your reference, since we join AD domain, we could get user list from AD server, and assign ACL for AD user and set the permission to recursive.
