Official Thecus forum activation...
I have joined the official Thecus forum (even though I see more traffic here), but I am unable to activate my account because the email link has expired by the time I get it. I have tried emailing support there, but no reply - So I'm trying here. Others are having this problem too.
Can the link expiry be made longer on the Thecus fourm please? |

How does this help me? Should I contact Thecus support? Or is it possible you can tell your forum webmaster to increase the activation time on the email?

Okay, I've emailed support via the website - and I think the person has misunderstood me. I want access to the thecusforum.eu, not the esupport.thecus.com site.

I don't believe http://thecusforum.eu or http://thecususergroup.proboards106.com are actually controlled by Thecus.
As far as I know they are actually indipendant boards. Could be wrong though. |

thecusforum.eu is the official european board operated by Thecus Europe based in Germany, however not visited very much from thecus staff
thecususer is a user board, independant from thecus br Peter |
