Samsung 32inch lcdtv humming sound in standby

I have a samsung LE32a456c2d the problem is when i unplug and then plug in again the tv try's to start without me touching the standby on the tv or remote a bad humming sound comes from the tv for about 10 secs then it stops and then the humming starts again etc. no picture and the only way to stop this is to unplug at mains. i had a similar fault on my other samsung but that was a clicking noise,this was the capacitors which i changed and this sorted the problem. i have took the back off this tv but the capacitors look to be o.k. has anyone got any ideas.
