    Flash Voyager GT 3.0

    Hi,

I've had this stick (Flash Voyager GT 3.0 32Gb) for about 2 months now, and for the second time it has stopped working. While in the middle of opening a spreadsheet is has stopped responding and windows has asked to me reformat it. As you can probably appreciate this is rather frustrating. Is this a common problem with these USB sticks? Is there anyway I can use it without it loosing all of my data on a periodic basis? I currently think it would be better used as a door stop.

Have you tried it by any chance on a different system and see if you get the same problem?

Tried it on my desktop, laptop, and my housemates laptop (in multiple ports). Both times. Also tried to recover the data with various programs and haven't been able to get anything back.

If this is the case, then I would recommend that you get that USB replaced via our RMA process. You can start a ticket here.

    Hi Terasa,
Sorry to hear that. I would suggest that you submit a request at Corsair.force.com. Our customer service will be more than happy to assist you on that.

Also, send me the ticket # so I can help to keep track of your request.
