    Re: WTB: EA's Skate, 360

He posted a new thread trying to sell something a few days back, which I quickly closed and removed. I PM'ed him explaining that he wouldn't be able to sell anything here until existing deals are sorted out and asked him for a timeframe on this. I never got a reply.

I have had a dig through some old items I brought off here, and low and behold I have one from him along with his address.

If anyone wants it please PM me. I strongly suggest those people that have not contacted the police do so now. You will have the full backing of HEXUS should it come to that and I will try and support you as much as possible.

I have managed to be in contact with him, and supposedly my money was sent out last Saturday so just waiting for BT now (not recieved as of just checking right now)

I have not contacted police yet, just waiting to see if this gets in then hopefully it will be cleared up. At least it will be in my case, as i am unaware of the others status's that have lost money...

Actually i meant to PM MD earlier today too, ill do it now in case he misses this post.

Fingers crossed eh, ill give it until Wednesday possibly thursday at the latest... I know Bank Transfer has meant to speed up but i am unaware if that applies from Halifax to Barclays too.

If worst comes to worst I do have that address and phone number's if needed... hopefully not though

I have 4 mobile phone numbers for him, only 1 of them work, it just rings though.
Last time I spoke with him was on wednesday, since then he's been off MSN and also his new mobile number was switched off.

I dont know about you tierboyce, but he kept mentioning he had to go the his uncles to get the money or something?

He said he was desperate for a phone and so he started talking about a PS3 that his brother was going to give him and we spoke about making a deal. I trusted him because he has done alot of deals before and seems pretty trusted. Our deal was that I sent him the Mobile plus £80 and he would send me the 40gb PS3 with 2 controllers. I agreed and we sorted it out. 7th of may, I deposited £80 into his bank account and posted him the mobile phone, and then told me he would book the courier in the next hour, that never happened and he said he booked it late and because it was past the pickp time it would be picked up the next morning, he told me he would send it by DHL 48hr delivery. I waited until monday, then gave an extra day for it to show before I contacted him again. I contacted him telling him it hadn't arrived and all I got was "hasnt it arrived yet"?
On the 5th May 'OV3RCLOCK3R' listed a Nokia N95 on HotUKDeals and was offered a straight swap for a ps3, 2 controllers, 3 games. (here)

The phone is brand new and the box is still sealed. Comes with 1gb mem card aswell!

Looking for quick sale so will listen to offers and pics will be uploaded tomorrow!

He also just got negative feedback there from his latest 'deal' on HotUKDeals:

    - Also, if anyone wants to contact him he still seems to be active on HotUKDeals, yesterday he offered £50 bank transfer for someones 'Powercolor HD 3850 512MB PCS' (here)

Plus he has his own website http://www.oc-arena.co.uk/ with various contact details (email/mobile/landline) in a CV: (here)

Feel free to delete any of this information if you feel it inappropriate to post, my friend was scammed by him a while back too so we wanted to find any information that might be helpful before reporting him. If he did have a car accident like his "brother" said of course that's exceptional circumstances and understandable, but the fact that over the last 2 weeks he (well, his username) has been active on various forums and still hasn't refunded my friend (or anyone else by the sounds of it) it seems unlikely.

Thats exactly what he offered me. He told me his brother gave him the PS3 and he didnt want it, but then he told me the games had already been sold, so I gave him less cash.

I posted the phone on 7th may.

    I dont believe this!
I re-read the link on hotukdeals with the mobile and ps3 trade deal.
I noticed the person with the ps3 was called Keeley, Ov3rclock3r made me take a picture of the phone with the name "Keeley" with the date, claiming he done this with all of the deals. He sent me a picture also with the ps3 and 2 controllers with his name "ov3rclock3r" written on a piece of paper. He also claimed Keeley was his mum.
I was going to send a message to "keeley" but has been suspended, maybe its the same person.

    Here are the images.

I spoke to him last night. He can still see this thread so I've no idea why he won't respond himself.....

    Let me know

    Thanks
    Can you please confirm Tigerboyce?

Yes, over PM. You won't have access to PM's until you have enough posts

You are supposed to need 100 posts to even access this section, but we are making an exception due to the situation

    Agent,

I did speak to him on Sunday over MSN and he told me too that it was sent out on Saturday, And i have just checked it again right now at the time of writing this post and the funds have still not come into my account at all.

It has to come into tomorrow, 4 working days is more than enough... the last bank transfer that i made myself, which was sometime last week took less than 24 hours to clear, that was Barclay's to bank of Scotland, im unsure if that will apply to this situation of Halifax to Barclay's, but surely it wont take any longer than 4 days which is tomorrow...

Then again this is the third time that OV3RClOCK3R has promised that it was sent out :/

Ill get back to you again Tomorrow evening...
