I really can't understand why OV3RCLOCK3R hasn't responded to this thread, or PMs. He's been online here and in other forums several times since these messages have been posted.

Surely his account(s) have been hacked and it isn't really him... nobody can be stupid enough to mess around (or scam) people when they have his name/address/landline/mobile ready to report, can they?

The reason he has not replied is obvious - he claims to have sent 2 different people the bank transfer last week. Yet neither of these have got the money (and that wasn't the first time he has claimed to have sent it).

I've already had people telling me how they plan to pay this guy a visit.....I don't think he actually realises how close he is to having a bunch of pissed off people turn up at his house.

He is playing a very stupid game.

No reply from an Email that I sent at about 12am this morning and the money has still not shown up in my bank so I can't see it coming any time soon

I'm 98% sure that it is him and he has not been hacked, there is no way that someone could pretend to be him over multiple forums, mobiles, email, MSN, same address, same name, and im pretty sure same location as i cannot quite remember his address from the last transaction. That or he is totally useless at on-line security and using passwords.



I managed to get some other phone numbers of his, one of which is I'm guessing his parents house as its a land line number, I'll give it a call tomorrow I think.

does the admin have the ability to legally pinpoint his exact location via his IP? (to confirm his address so that HEXUS.angrymob doesn't go to the wrong address. also to send a written complaint.. as that may prove to him that you are able to send the police knocking and that you will not just "let it slide".

Right, I've just been speaking with Irteza, he has come clean about whats been going on, I have permission to share what he said, but with only the people that it involves, Agent, tigerboyce and myself.
Tygerboyce, I've added you to msn to talk to you later about it, and Irteza's asked that you dont phone his home, 1 he don't live there, but it will all be explained why over msn or something.

There is no need to go the the extreme of pinpointing it to the address. The IP matches on that's on his UBR from cable and that he has been using for a long time. Unless someone has access to his machine, or someone has his DHCP lease from Virgins servers at the exact time this started to happen, its him.

Irteza should PM me personally if he has a request (not having a dig at you at all mate ), not go through someone else. His PM access has not been removed.
I'm not saying that to be arsey with him, or anyone else - but I'd rather have records directly from each person involved.

There is absolutely no chance that we are going to let him use the forums to sell anything currently, sorry. It's just not worth the risk / hassle.

My position is that i am fully aware of that conversation, and also aware that OV3RCLOCK3R was to pay Jason the £40 and top the rest up at the end of this month.

I then managed to speak to OV3RCLOCK3R a few days later (not sure of exact date) and he explained to me again that he has the new job at 02 and would be able to pay my refund in full amount at the end of this month when he receives his paycheck. I made it clear to him that i will be drawing that as the final line if I receive nothing within a week of that month then i will be getting in touch with both Hexus and the police and his Parents too.

That Paycheck should be expected at the end of this month (July -> August)

As i can see that OV3RCLOCK3R is reading this thread right now, i would like him to know that I am still holding up to that (and im sure MD will stick with what he outlined in the 04/07 E-mail to you) and i still have:

All my PM's saved
This thread
His Address (I think its parents)
His Parents house number
Multiple mobile phone numbers (3 in total)
Multiple E-mails
His CV
All the original bank details of his from the trade


(I would just like to point out this is not some identity theft thing, just information I have collected from the trade and everything is plain to see on his CV...)
