Wtb: Ip35 motherboard and ddr2 ram

Hi guys, im after a decent IP35 Motherboard, something like the GIGABYTE DS3R.
I'm going to use it to overclock, so need all the features in the bios as possible.

Iv got Corsair 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 800MHz ram, and would like a matching pair, anyone got anything?

also anyone got a decent cpu cooler for an e4500, im going to be overclocking it, so rather not use standard one.

PLEASE STATE PRICE INCLUSIVE OF POSTAGE.

    Thanks

can i ask what cooler it is and would you take £35 delivered for the mobo and cooler

also, is it the xe version, or normal pro?

    would you do £20 delivered?

also my ram is 2.1v whereas yours is 1.9v, will this make an issue with compatibility?

also the timings are slightly different

carriage of the mobo alone will be ~£8. incl. a cooler will put it up to £10 so wyou would be paying something like £3 for a very good HSF (probably something like a Thermalright 120).
they are worth notably more so unfortunately no, not for £35.

    it's the original Pro.
the differences are that the XE has different colour heatsinks, official abit support for 400fsb (which the board would already do no problem) & iirc a different clock generator.
In terms of performance there is no difference.
