Deal Extreme sell sheets of it, which you then cut to size. Not much use if you need it in a hurry though.

I think the fastest I've ever received anything from this is about 4 weeks, ranging to a few months. I've no idea how they manage to get something to move through the postage system so slowly! I've ordered some other stuff directly from China and it's arrived in a week or two, similar size packet, apparently same shipping method?
Their customer support is basically non-existent, assume everything you but will either not turn up or will be broken, if it arrives intact consider it a bonus. One occasion, something I ordered was completely broken but only worth a few $, they asked me to return it at my own expense so they could examine it, was cheaper and easer to just bin it. Another time, the item didn't arrive for about 2 months, I contacted them and received a reply after about another month saying they hadn't had any stock (despite saying in stock) so they would refund, which they did.
Plus they show a complete disregard to UK law by declaring everything way below its real value to evade customs duty.
Oh and they keep sending me spam email despite numerous attempts to unsubscribe.

I've not had a problem with anything I've bought from DX, to be honest. It never arrives fast, but it always arrives. I haven't had anything arrive broken (probably haven't ordered anything fragile) so I've never had a reason to use CS.
Usually I just go on to buy random nonsense to use up the last few quid in my paypal account.
