Cheap 22-24" monitor

Basically looking for a relatively cheap monitor between 22 and 24", needs to be atleast 1920x1080 in resolution. Ideally i want to grab a cheap IPS monitor, i can get a 22" 1080p LG ips off amazon for £109(was £99 a couple weeks ago) but thought if someone was letting theirs go i could save a bit .

Still tempted to try out 3d at home instead of demo rooms so ill also consider passive and active 3d displays as long as the price is reasonable . Oh and they also need either DVI or HDMI at the very least.

AFAIK you don't get ips & 3d it's one or other

22" 1080p LG ips off amazon for £109

that's cheap, normally the cheap IPS are around £125
