Wanted - DDR PC3200 400MHz RAM - 1GB sticks (Aberdeen/Postal)

Hi, I'm looking for 1GB sticks of DDR PC3200 400MHz RAM to replace the 512MB sticks I have (it's for an Intel socket 775 P4 board).
Anyone got any for sale?
The price new is extortionate c.f. up to date RAM and as I'm using public/work computers I can't access e-bay etc.

It's a crucial 1gb stick. I'd be willing to part with it for £10.

I have just got a replacement P4 + mobo + 2*512 RAM from a kind chap on freecycle. I put in a couple of my own sticks of RAM and a couple of reboot later after the starting Windows start up screen the HDD churns and the screen goes blue (not BSOD, just blue), so I assumed I had done something to the RAM.
It seems my XP32 licence has been revoked. Fortunately I had an Ubuntu ISO and an emergency partition so have been able to test the RAM and it's OK.
Brother in Law has also just offered me a 64 bit machine.
