    Scan handle both enermax and Corsair RMAs, but only if you buy it from them obviously.

    Re: Rma:uk

    I find it silly when a product is faulty why the consumer should have to pay shipping cost for it to be replaced.

    Wouldn't it be better if exchange at door step was done or like MS do for 360 provide a box or at least a free shipping label.

    I'm not having a pop at Corsair there customer service has always been first class from my experience.

    Re: Rma:uk

    I have a TX 650W PSU that's failed and I'm not going to be paying no £25 to get it fixed or replaced. I'm now forced to use a 4 year old 25 quid generic PSU , but at least it works, the Corsair lasted 6 months!

    If you are stuck for postage have a look at www.parcels2go.com and sign up for their newsletter. Wait around 3 - 4 days and you will start getting emails offering 50% off delivery to Europe etc Might be worth a punt.

    If purchased from Scan you can indeed return it to us for the full life of the warranty.

    yes, my TX650 watt psu was purchased from Scan, I don't know how long the warranty is on this unit, but I suspect that it's still under warranty, purchased on 02 Dec 2008. Anyway I've sent an RMA request to Scan.

    ::: Update :::

    My Corsair PSU was replaced with a new unit by Scan, the whole RMA process took just 7 working days, very pleased with the service from Scan.
