Need to RMA ram, send to Netherlands?

Hi there i need a question answering please...
I have found my ram to be faulty which i bought in december 2008...the last 2 weeks has been giving me bluescreens and constant crashes...i ran memtest overnight and my ram has errors..i belive it to be faulty...do i send my faulty ram to the netherlands address that was provided in the rma email or is there another address in the Uk i can send my ram to as if from the uk.

Also my ram comes in 3x2gb which equals 6gb in total...one of these sticks is faulty,do i need to just send back one stick or do i send back all of them?
    Thanks

It needs to go to the Netherlands mate, registered airmail is only a few quid though. And i think if its a matching kit, then all 3 sticks will need to be returned, although i'm sure someone will confirm that for you.

Yup - my experience is just as jon bda put it - not that expensive and all sticks required. It was also surprisingly quick - I had my replacement back in less than a week.

and I DIDN'T send it recorded or airmail and while they did sort me out, it took many weeks.... so do it their way, "signed for", cos otherwise the time scale is too long.

    but yes... nederlands
