Flash Voyager RMA

I have an 8Gb Corsair Flash Voyager Drive which has stopped responding, can't write to it or format, however i can still read data on it. How do i go about getting it exchanged? I believe they have a lifetime warranty? I'd also prefer not to send it away as some of the data on it needs to be destroyed as I can't be sure if some of it is confidential.
