You should be able to, but it depends - if you are running a FX62 and a 8800GTX, then it might struggle.

If its Core2Duo it should manage, as they run cooler Though again, the more heat dumped into the system the harder its gotta work..

    I have a single core p4 2.4ghz and an ATI Radeon X1650 pro 512ddr2.
Do you still think it will keep the 2 of those cool?

P4s run hot, but I doubt the x1650 is gunna pump out a massive amount of heat. I'd wait on the official word, but I wouldn't see it as being a massive problem.

Your 2.4ghz CPU should be a Northwood Core either 533mhz or 800mhz fsb. The Nautilus will cool it and the listed video card easily. The "500" in Nautilus 500 denotes that it is intended to dissipate up to 500 heat watts effectively.

    That's loads.

If you have a PSU that is rated for 500W then that is the maximum amount of power going into all the components. Much of of that power will go to other components and the heat generated will leave the case via fans or the like, so I would guess that even if you have a 700W or more PSU the Nautilus will be OK unless you have a monster set-up with dual high end CPUs, and graphics cards.
