help wrong part ordered from scan.uk
hi ive just ordered the Asus Xonar D2 Ultra Fidelity 7.1 PCI Sound Card from scan but have ordered the wrong one it should have been the Asus Xonar D2X Ultra Fidelity 7.1 PCI-E Sound Card could someone look into it please to see if it can be changed.thanks

I believe you'd probably need to post in Scan.care@HEXUS for someone from SCAN to be aware of it (plus you would probably need to give them the order number or something), since they have lots of orders, it's wouldn't be easy to automatically know which one is yours.

hello linda1957 and welcome to hexus..
 there is some useful info about stuff like avatars and post counts you might like to read, in the first post on this thread... any other questions just ask, someone will be happy to . Some of us even know about computers would you believe  (not me however - I should knock 3 times & ask for stevie lee if you want a sensible answer.. just tell him 'spammy sent you'.. ).
