I love Novatech! The live support thing is great! I think you should contact Hexus admin since you represent a company. It would be great if you could get onto the care program

shhh don't tell anyone I bought my keyboard, mouse and half my comp from novatech, and it's all been brilliant.. 7 years later it all still works.. no hardware failures except for 2 hard drives that I broke by being silly...
