    Help please

    Can anyone assist please. I have spent hours trying to set up my free delivery with Scan.
    1) On the HTML guide it says select "My Profile" then on the rifht hand side of the screen click the "Send a private message to" link. I can't find this link
    2) When I go to Scan (i have a registered account, I have used them before) and edit my details, I can't find anywhere to enter my Hexus details

    Sorry but I am getiing

    I'm also new but this is not teh right place to post this?

    I too had difficulties with that so I had to email Scan and they sorted it out. I had my HEXUS ID and had allowed 2 days for teh database but there was never any forms when I logged in.

    Try https ://secure. scan .co.uk/aspnet/Login/Login.aspx?EndUrl=%2faspnet%2fMyAccount%2fhexusfreecarriage.aspx

    I can't post URLs yet so you'll have to remove teh spaces.

    hey ridgecroft.. incase you havent found it your user id is 38126..

    in the guide at the top of the scan section.. there is also a second method of finding id.. alot of people are missing the second post..

    I have successfully managed to update my Scan account by using the link supplied above and my user id from Stevie.

    Can I thank all once again for the assistance.

    I hope this helps any other new users who are having the same difficulties that I had.

    Hello there Ridgecroft Glad you got sorted; further info about post counts and avatars & so on is to be found here.... you might find some of it handy (as you mentioned sending private messages, for example, which you need 15 posts for).
