    Hi all!

Hello there, nice to be here on the forum. I am an accountant, my first PC was an Atari 400 (with 48k pack) and I like to collect old game consoles.

Thanks for the welcome. Yes, those Sinclair ZX80/81, 48k Spectrum models were legendary. I remember the optional 5 1/4 inch disk drive for the Spectrum, and the membrane, rubber tablet keyboards.

My Dad got us a rubber key 48k in 1982-3 or thereabouts. Oh the hours I spent playing F1 and transformers when I was a kiddy.....

A few years ago my mate and I copied the tape of Horace Goes Skiing onto minidisc and tried to load it (onto his 128k, flash git) from there. It worked spot on.

One game that really stays in my mind for the Spectrum is Jet Set Willy, that would be one of the forerunners of the modern RPG.
