Hi ya please be gentle my first post
I have a cooler master haf x case a gigabyte 990 chipset and AMD 970 black cpu, I would like to know the best water cooling system on a budget to handle the 220 watt of heat. At present I have dumbed down the system to 3.5 MHz instead of the 4.5 MHz to keep the heat down?
