    Talking Hello mortals!

    New here (duh)

Been using Hexus.net for yonks and never realised it had forums!

Anyhoo just thought I'd say hi and clarify that I did not in any way what so-ever join the forums just to win a particular high-end graphics card.

I'm in no way professionally involved with IT it's just one of those hobbies I can't afford. I have three PC's RUNNING at the moment all built from salvaged parts, currently I enjoy CS:S on my GeForce4 Ti4200 (Overclocked of course)! On a £5 motherboard I found in a box that only required flattening (due to the scary curve in the PCB!) and a Pentium4 2.66GHz I got off a mate cheap. Oh and a Gb of SD133!

    God I need some money

    Be seeing ya!

I wish I knew how to put a bend like that in a mobo without seperating the PCB layers!

And TBH you unbend it by carefully screwing it into your motherboard tray.

Seriously though it was 2cm (bout an inch) from the edge to the middle! It was just lying in a box at a local computer shop (not a very good one mind, I go in to laugh at the tat they manage to flog off!)

    Thx for reply BTW

hi, good method of motherboard unbending however i wouldn't have even built a computer running on it. Ah well waste not, want not.

your computer is similar to a fridge in that if it cannot keep a beer cold then it sucks
