    Greets from G8INA, Telford, UK

    Hi all,

Got to hear about this place from my review work at pyroport.com. The place came highly recommended, and Im looking forward to spending a few weeks reading the forum contents

I'm into my fifties, HDTV, DVDs, HiFi, photography, computers (building for friends and family), music (I teach the Bodhran), birdwatching, and reading. The reading is now via audiobook, cuz I'm disabled and so, along with not walking, holding books is not an option.

I've done a few reviews at ciao.co.uk, pyroport.com and dvdanswers, and looking forward to adding some of my own, if that's OK.

    Cheers, David Harris

According to my teacher from a school possibly not too far away from your area - Salop is apparently a naughty word in French

This caused some merriment during school coach trips apparently.

    Michael Palmer ????

Beat me in All Britain in about 1999/2000 ! Very flamboyant player IIRC, but to be beat by Junior is no sin :-) Jeez, the guy owned that comp as long as he entered it !!

I ran Telford CCE from 1999 to about 2003, we had several All Brit and All Ireland champs in our ranks, inc Marcus Coulter Uillean Pipes, and Ian Beddow, Banjo and Mandolin.

    Sláinte.

hehehehe, my missus did the ABDAB, but I arrived here in 1972 at age 17, I'd finished school by then. An apprenticeship at Decca for 4 yrs, then another 4 at "The Gauge". After they closed and chucked us all out, I moved to Poole for a while to work at Plessey, then Portsmouth with Marconi, then in 1984, back to Telford in on the road Electronics Sales.

Medically retired Dec 04. Old, tired, knackered. St Michaels Close, and I'm in the book. Call me and have a natter
