Windows Phone 8 update - Amber/GDR2

Probably old news, but I'm just updating my Lumia 620 to Amber/GDR2 after clearing some space on the phone memory. WPCentral has an article on "Other files" issue taking too much space should be fixed by the update and it seems to have worked for me in the sense its reduced "other files" from about 3.7GB to 3.1GB. Might be worth updating if you haven't already and you're low on space.

My 'other' folder size after 4 months of using L920 is 883MB.
What are they putting in there and why it keeps growing is beyond me... Good thing it's not 3GB though

I'm wondering what is making up my 'Other' files .. 3GB does feel like a lot. I wish it was 883MB! Anyone else have a large 'Other' folder size?

Huh. My Other folder is 3.3GB. Ouch. I wonder why?
