There is a a bit of speculation on the specs too (no MicroSD?). I'm still on my Lumia 620 from 2013 and it's still going strong, I'm not sure these are really all that different for day to day use.

The windows phone market share/gain appears to be flat at the moment below 5%:

Android is merrily jogging along at roughly 78% and iOS bobbing between 12%-22%. It does make me wonder about the future for Windows Phone, even though there is no real reason to abandon it for MS as it'll be sharing the Windows 10 platform and Android app support is coming for 1GB and up windows phones.
