Obviously this is just a rumour at the moment, but if this does become a reality, how are they going to enforce the usage of Bing? Unless they somehow stop you from installing another browser, just use Chrome and Google for example, free OS and no drawbacks, right?
Would you go for a free Windows OS if they somehow enforced the usage of Bing though, I think that's the more relevant question...
Honestly this would be a bold move from Microsoft. It's about time most will say
They are shadowed by free operating systems and most causal computer users just want something that works without having to pay a premium for it. Most people's mouths would drop if you said "Try Linux"... that alien OS to most people. I know a lot of people who see Linux as some geeky computer high tech "thing" for the computer type people.
So yes I think it would be goodthough we're all used to the term "bloatware" and I sure bet that'll be the reality; lots of Microsoft goodies you can't escape. Either by default or unremovable.
Either way it's a good move I think. If it becomes a reality that is.
