Question Windows 8.1 Charm bar position (lower than normal)

    Hi,

I'm not sure when this happened, I think it might have been when I upgraded from 8 to 8.1, but my Charm bar that appears on the right, the icons appear lower to the bottom of the screen than in the middle. It happened before I upgraded to a 4k monitor and is in the same place on all monitors.

    Can I move them back

    Thanks in advance!

Windows 8 it was centre and changed in Windows 8.1. Also if you move the mouse top right it will appear near top as well and the way that it will be centre is pressing Windows + C shortcut to bring up it in the centre or touchpad swipe.
