You'll get a lot of opinions on that. I use (on 7) MSE and the pro version of Malware Bytes. On 10, I'm using the Defender and the pro version of Malware Bytes. There are 'better' options as far as the A/V goes, but lately, I find they've gotten too intrusive, and take up far too many resources, for no real added protection. I find that common sense, in addition to the 2 (3) programs listed, has kept me virus free for a LONG time.

Pro version of Malwarebytes is only about a squid on G2A (legit key) btw.

Am now on 10130 and using as main OS but still certain 'bugs' persist (not sure if it's just me or 10 related lol). ATM Start button doesn't work at all with a left click; right click brings up a grey command menu. Still don't like the 'Settings' and 'Control Panel' overlap or the overall 'flatness'. Also the bright, blinding white spaces are getting on my nerves. Will probably renew my Windowblinds licence to completely overhaul the garish UI.

Well Kaspersky is among the best and it's free if you live in the UK and have a Barclays Bank account.

I have had some funky UI issues myself, each time I have Alt-F4'ed and signed out and then back in to resolve them. I was suspecting drivers or SLI although now I am guessing it just UI bugs lingering.

Hmm, doesn't work for me. In fact got more issues in this build than in the first one I tried last year... It's blinkin' hard to pin down the problems, could be so many things to blame...
