Reserve and collect
Im coming down to the Shop tommrow, im going to buy some stuff. How does this system work?
I read the FAQ and have come back with two diffrent understandings of the situation 1. I go on your website and ring and reserve pay with a debt card 2. Print off the Items i wanted and then pay the £5 charge once i mentioned i was a hexus member instore. The only reason i am asking is that i wanted to reserve some items but want to pay for the transaction in cash |

You are required to ask to be charged on web prices when you visit our store and also at the same time you need to tell us that you are a HEXUS member (as the £5 charge is only applicable for HEXUS members)
