    I have updated my BIOS (0804) and now the board seems more stable at these higher overclocked speeds. I am now running rock solid under prime95 for 4 hours at 3.4 Ghz and all I had to do on this new BIOS was leave everything to auto but tweak up the CPU FSB to 378 and the voltage to 1.46875v and fix my PCI-E Bus to 100Mhz to protect my 8800GTS and thats it!

    Results;

    Stress Testing

    3DMark06 Score on an 8800GTS!

    Crysis Benchmarking @ 1280 x 1024

    The Finish

    In this time of carbon foot prints and the eco warrior it would appear that in an effort to keep heat and emissions down the products we are being sold are more often than not capable of a lot more than we are led to believe. I have never had a CPU pack-up on me yet and will usually become obsolete before it does so. To that end I will continue to run mine at this speed and it is my firm belief that it will again outlive the PC it currently lives in.

    Cheers
