    RMA refund policy

    Hello,

    What is the policy on returning faulty goods for RMA and refund please? My board was purchased from the store on the 26th of April. Is this too long for a refund?

    This shouldnt be a problem, however we would need to test the product first
    If you pop in to the store, see someone in cudtomerservice dept, we then can take care of it from there onwards

    Hi Kul,

    Reason I ask about a refund is I need my PC for work, and I cannot afford to wait for a RMA'd board, so I'd like to purchase a replacement then get this one returned. I'll try and do this at the end of the month.

    Refund are normally done within 28 days of purchase, shouldnt be a problem
    Come instore and see me and will get this sorted for you

    Oh right, that would be a pain as I'm in Nottingham and I can't get to London until the 28th which will be
    4 days over the 28 days.

    Damn, the Ip35 Pro XE is now out of stock. Will you be getting any more in by the 28th, as I really want this board to replace my ip35

    Can I suggest that you give the guys in store a call on Monday - they should have bang up to date info on shipments by that date and will be able to help you

    I couldn't get down, so looks like I've missed the deadline and I'll post the board off to get it swapped. The RMA form on the website is asking for my order number, but I bought in the store. I've not had any reply to the RMA form. How do I send this back for RMA?

    Once all filled, please send to the returns dept at yoyotech
