RMA refund policy
Hello,
What is the policy on returning faulty goods for RMA and refund please? My board was purchased from the store on the 26th of April. Is this too long for a refund? |

This shouldnt be a problem, however we would need to test the product first If you pop in to the store, see someone in cudtomerservice dept, we then can take care of it from there onwards Regards Kul |

I couldn't get down, so looks like I've missed the deadline and I'll post the board off to get it swapped. The RMA form on the website is asking for my order number, but I bought in the store. I've not had any reply to the RMA form. How do I send this back for RMA?
