Anyway to cancel a order?
Hi
I was making a order today and added a pc case to it but then forgot to remove it before paying,my brother was asking me somthing at the time. So i was woundering is there anyway to cancel the order and redo it without the case?Or am i stuck with it now Thanks for the help

Ok cool thanks for the help.

Hi Guys, need to cancel an order, we have a couple of ways for that, 1st you can call us on 08700 27 11 26, or 2nd you can email us at sales@yoyotech.co.uk, as soon as we get a response from you, order will get cancelled

Always good to see Customer Service working, Lol. Unlike so many other companies (bar a couple of my favourites), Yoyotech appears to try at least. |

Usually the only time you should be waiting for money back from the banks is if your payment was approved (authorised) and you have asked to have your order cancelled, that would take about 3/4 working days.
