Confusion over payment.
I just placed an order for the Mirai 22" HD/HDMI Ready LCD TV literally minutes ago, and when taken to the payment page, after filling in all the fields required, the assumed receipt declared, "Transaction status: DECLINED." at the top, however there was a "complete payment" button at the bottom of the page, which I used and was subsequently taken back to the YoYoTech website which displayed a page telling me my order status and thanking me for placing the order.
I have since received an e-mail from YoYoTech informing me of my order number and status. However, I have not received any form of payment confirmation. Does the fact that the Barclays payment page declared that the transaction status was declined mean that the transaction is unable to be completed, or does the fact that I chose the "complete payment" option mean that it will be completed? Hi Jack, When an order is placed online, you would receive 2 emails. 1st email is for thanking you for placing the order. Then you would receive a 2nd email from the Barclays online banking confirming the payment as ' approved, declined, cancelled'. In your case you have received a Declined email, hence our web department will be in touch with you to discuss payment.
